Verified annoyance-avoidance is included for 87 companies so far, and the list is growing. No longer will you need to repeatedly strike yourself in the forehead with the handset when you hear the Interactive Voice Response utter “Please listen carefully, as our menu options have changed.”

One of these days I will figure out the psycology why American companies aggrivate their customers with phone systems. The truth is company tact replicates our society. I’ll figure it out in time. Fuck you Hewlet Packard – the best mass market computer retailer- for making me talk to friendly dumb people in India and phone system yuck.
